The 9.5 in. glass steamer without lid fits the 3.5 Qt. saut pan and is included in the 9-Piece starter set. It uses the lid that comes with the 3.5 Qt. saut pan. It offers advantages over conventional steamers as you can monitor cooking performance from the sides and the top. Made from durable borosilicate glass in France.
